ROTTNEST ISLAND — MT HERSCHEL SITE DEVELOPMENT
2990. Hon Lynn MacLaren to the Minister representing the Minister for Tourism
(1) Will the Minister provide me with the officers’ reports to the Rottnest Island Authority CEO, Mr Paolo
Amaranti, advising him on the development of the Mt Herschel site, on Rottnest Island for the last four
months?
(2) Who is on the Rottnest Island Authority Act Review Board sub-committee, and how often do they
meet?
(3) Has a time and place, for the public consultation been determined?
(4) If yes to (3), -
(a) when; and
(b) where?

Hon ROBYN McSWEENEY replied:
(1) The Member will need to clarify what she means by 'officers' reports'.
(2) The Rottnest Island Authority Act review group consists of:
Laurie O'Meara, Chairman, Rottnest Island Authority
Geoff Totterdell, Member, Board of the Rottnest Island Authority
Denis Glennon, Member, Board of the Rottnest Island Authority
Paolo Amaranti, Chief Executive Officer, Rottnest Island Authority
Greg Ellson, General Manager, Corporate Services, Rottnest Island Authority
John Tedesco, Manager, Planning and Governance, Rottnest Island Authority
(3)-(4) The Member will need to clarify what her question about public consultation refers to.
