Submission on the Environmental Scoping Document for the Point Peron Proposal

This week the office of Lynn MacLaren MLC made a submission to the Environmental Protection Authority regarding the Environmental Scoping Document (ESD) for the proposed Point Peron project.

The public submission period on the ESD is now closed. However, there will still be plenty of further opportunities for concerned citizens to make their views on the project known.

More than 500 people turned up to voice their opposition to plans for an inland canal-style development carved out of an A-class reserve on the Point Peron penninsular.
