Name: Solar Library Colouring Competition
Description: To celebrate the recent installation of solar panels on the Spearwood Library, the City is running a Solar Library colouring competition for children of the City of Cockburn aged under 12.

To participate, simply pick up a solar library colouring competition poster from any of the City's libraries.

A prize will be awarded to the winning picture!
